开车太快、走路太慢，骑单车，方才好！
用本身的速率、用本身想要的方法，去展示本身对单车的酷爱。
是以，台湾自行车活动游览协会，冀望连系单车活动与观光，让单车人能用本身可以节制的速率，TOUCH地板施工到更多的夸姣风光。以是，台湾自行车活动游览协会底下另有一个名为"踏骑(TOUCH)"的自行车队。
台湾自行车活动游览协会的开办人吴东贤理事长，持续二届(2015年、2019年)完成法国远程骑乘PBP挑战(1200千米．限时90小时内完成)。
台湾自行车活动游览协会重要在承办百般单车勾当、协消脂針, 助计划单车游览行程，并组团加入列国、各地优良的单车勾当，相互交换、体验异地骑车的风土着土偶文，让活动在观光的媒合之下变的有趣、变的轻松舒畅。
本协会这一次派出了14名车手加入七彩云南格兰芬多国际自行车节，但愿以这一次赛事作为大陆和台湾自行车活动和自行车游览沟通和交换的平台。

Taiwan Cycling Tourism Association (TCTA) seeks to combine cycling exercise and traveling while allowing cyclists to control their own speed and stay in "touch" with more beautiful sceneries, so TCTA also has a cycling team named "TOUCH".
TCTA mainly undertakes all different kinds of cycling activities; such as help coordinating cycling tourism itinerary, putting teams together and participate in all sorts of high quality activities in different countries. We exchange and experience the different people and cultures while riding in foreign countries and let exercising become fun, interesting, and relaxing while traveling.
